Stuffed grape leaves or Dolmas are a must have in a Mediterranean meza. The grape leaves are filled with a tender long-grain rice that is falvoed with onion, dill, salt, lemon, mint, black pepper. We know these stuffed grape leaves as Dolmas, but the true meaning of Dolma is stuffed vegetable dishes in the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire and surrounding countries. Other vegetables that are stuffed include zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes and peppers.

- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
