Produced in Italy and sliced in the US, this Coppa Italiana is a sweet and mild type of meat cut from the shoulder of the pig. Coppa is a unique pork sausage that has been enjoyed in Italy for an astonishingly long time. In texture the coppa is similar to Prosciutto and when it is sliced thinly you will enjoy the meat's true tenderness and rich earthy flavor.

Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
