Our balsamic vinegar is prepared by cooking the juice of Trebbiano grapes and then maturing them in cherry and walnut barrels. Over time, the vinegar reduces naturally. The result is a true “riserva” quality balsamic vinegar containing complex flavor notes such as berries, vanilla, and grapes.
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dark and dry area at room temperature

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
