Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs. 

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.

For Fudgy Recipe 50 lb of mix uses 12½ lb (6¼ quarts) of warm water (90°F to 100°F) For Cake-Like Recipe 50 lb of mix uses 20 lb(10 quarts) warm water (90F to 100°F) Method for FUDGY and CAKE-LIKE Recipes Use a mixer with paddle attachment. Pour warm water (90°F to100°F) into mixer bowl. Add Fudge Brownie Mix. Blend on low speed* for 1 minute. Stop mixer. Scrape bowl and paddle. Blend on low speed* for 1 more minute. Do not over-mix. Spread batter evenly onto greased pan. Baking Instructions:** Standard Oven: 350°F for 20 - 25 minutes** Convection Oven: 300°F for 15 - 20 minutes** * Low speed is 1st speed on a 3-speed mixer or 2nd speed on a 4-speed mixer. ** Baking time may vary depending on the oven and oven load. Yield and Scale: The batter made from 50 lb of Fudge Brownie Mix will make:10 full-sheet pans or 20 half-sheet pans. High Altitude (over 4,000 ft.): Add ½ oz flour and ¼ oz water for each pound of mix. It may be necessary to reduce mixing time slightly or increase baking temperature.
