Di Marco Corrado srl is an Italian family company, based just outside Roma (Italy), in 2001 the founder, Corrado Di Marco, developed the recipe of new kind of pizza, crispy and we digestable, with it's distinctive oval shape and he called it PINSA. Pinsa is a plain crust prebaked and ready to use, made from the mix of wheat, soy and rice flours. Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
