Storage Instructions: Roland Black Olive Paste comes in a glass jar with a re-sealable screw in the refrigerator topped with oil after opening. If the olive paste becomes hard in refrigeration, immerse it in warm water for 10 to15 minutes.

Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
