Serving Suggestion: Roland Black Olive Paste can be used to prepare the classic "tapenade." Blend with butter and brush on broiled veal, poultry or fish. Use it in place of garlic butter on French or Italian bread. Blend with other sauces to use on pasta or pizza.
Preparation Instructions: Roland Black Olive Paste is ready to use from the jar. The paste should first be stirred so as to blend the olive oil that may have separated back into paste to maintain its smooth consistency. The olive paste can be used at room temperature or re-heated when added to a dish or sauce.
