Storage Instructions: The shelf life of a food service can is 48 months. Store unopened at room temperature. Once opened, store unused ripe olives in their original brine in the open can and cover with plastic wrap to allow oxygen to permeate. Do not store them in an airtight container as harmful toxin can develop. If the original brine has been discarded, simply make a solution using 1 cup water and ½ teaspoon of salt and cover the olives to keep wet and free of outside odors. Partially used cans can be held in the refrigerator for up to ten days.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
