This is something truly fantastic. This cheese is good enough on its own or with a few enhancements. It can also be played up, scattered with tomatoes, roasted beets, or roasted butternut squash. Just be prepared to fall in love. Each tub contains two 4-oz hand-formed balls, packaged in cups with water for an extended refrigerated shelf life.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
