To Peter DeBeukelaer, Pirouline is a story of the American dream. The DeBeukelaer family has been crafting baked Beligum goods since 1860. In 1984, Peter left Belgium to build a life in the United States. He founded the DeBeukelaer Corporation bakery, where he and his wife revised their Belgium cookies for the American market. The revision is now America's best creme-filled wafer cookies.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
