As you may have guessed, this aged Gouda is named after the famous Dutch painter Rembrandt van Rijn. This award winning Dutch gourmet cheese is aged for 12 months in a classic natural way.
The cheese is hard, but you will still be able to slice it and the texture will allow you to shred or chunk or melt the cheese; it has a creamy rich flavor, slightly sharp, so ideal on a sandwich, hamburgers, or in a cheese sauce.
Pair Rembrandt with a Cabernet Sauvignon or a Shiraz, or with a Trappister Beer or IPA.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
