The Van Den Wijngaard family still matures its cheeses today with the knowledge, experience and love for the craft of four family generations. The cheeses are traditionally matured, influenced by their cheese warehouse from 1906 in Woerden, The Netherlands. The Reypenaer Holland Trio contains the following cheeses: Wyngaard Affiné - 6 months matured gouda cheese, Wyngaard Chèvre Affiné - 4 months matured Goat Gouda. Reypenaer - 1 year matured gouda cheese. Wyngaard Affiné is the perfect cheese to start your day. This soft, creamy cheese is perfect to enrich your breakfast or as on as an appetizer. Perfect to with fruity white wines or spirits as Vodka. Wyngaard Chèvre Affiné is a exceptional goat gouda and develops a creamy color and flavor during its aging. This cheese won a gold medal at an international cheese show in Wisconsin. Great in combination with a fruity white wine such as viognier. Reypenaer cheese won 3 times the Supreme Champion medal at the International Cheese Show in Nantwich, England. Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
