This full-fat gourmet cheese is made from pure Dutch cow's milk and blended with a balance of tomatoes, olives and wonderful Mediterranean seasonings. A dash of garlic completes the picture. Mediterranean Gouda is great sliced as a snack, on sandwiches (melted as well), shredded on salads, in baked dishes and on vegetables and a must for the classic Mediterranean Omelet.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
