Parmesan is the classic Italian grating cheese used in many recipes. This 5 ounce tub contain shredded Parmesan - a little coarser than grated Parmesan. Shredding is usually done with a grater that has bigger holes. The end result is longer, smooth strips that cook or melt slowly because of their size.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
