It&#39;s soft, light in texture and crumbles easily over salads and enchilada dishes. True Queso Fresco will soften and turn creamy when heated, but it won&#39;t melt. Its soft and mild style allows it to absorb other flavors and mellow out other strong notes in your dish.

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
