We freshly spin our hummus in small batches in our kitchen in Washington, D.C. using 100% regeneratively farmed chickpeas, exclusively grown for us by Casey Bailey on his familys 5,000 acre farm in Fort Benton, Montana. Fresh lemon juice is the only preservative we use. We carefully source every ingredient, to make sure we live up to our commitment to make hummus thats good for you and good for the planet. Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.

All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
