Our Cave Aged Buttermilk Basque is a true taste of Basque country by way of our New York City cheese caves. Made using 100% sheeps milk wheels from the Pyrenees, which we develop into a rich, nutty cheese by aging them in our Natural Rind Cave. The result is smooth and creamy, with a touch of earthiness at the rind, a cooked-milk sweetness, and touch of tang.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
