Organic onions with bright creme fraiche come together to create a sweet, yet savory flatbread. Located right outside of the San Francisco Bay area, Rustic Bakery has a history of creating high-quality crackers designed to complement fine cheese. Each of their flatbreads are baked by hand with only organic grains and seeds, making them high in fiber and full of nutrients. Using cream from the nearby Straus Dairy, creme fraiche is incorporated into this sourdough flatbread. The combo of roasted onions and fresh cream works well with a wide assortment of cheeses - from buttery Brillat Savarin to caved aged Gruyere to fresh burrata.

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
