The frenching is done cleanly, presenting a retail-ready appearance straight out of the bag with minimal prep required at the kitchen level.The eye muscle is consistently sized, well-marbled for a domestic lamb, and carries the mild, slightly grassy flavor profile that American lamb is known for approachable enough for guests who find imported lamb too assertive, but with enough character to hold up to bold applications. Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
