Our layered bacon is a double whammy-- it increases yield and minimizes prep. It is slab bacon that has been pre-sliced and laid flat on parchment paper, making it easy to throw in the oven or flip onto a grill. The sheets should be cooked frozen. This allows you to use exactly the amount of bacon you need without requiring you to thaw the whole case, reducing waste in the process.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
