The chicken rests on bone for 24 hours before deboning and fabrication. Additionally, they rely on expert butchers, not machines, to break down their birds, which means that each cut is examined for size and consistency before leaving Joyces warehouse. A whole chicken without giblets, ready for any preparation. Utilizing the whole animal is always the most cost-effective option in the kitchen.

Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
