Caviar Star was the first caviar brand to smoke fish roe and the only that truly cold-smokes it, allowing for the perfect balance of brine & smokiness. A consistent party pleaser! It's lightly seasoned with sea salt and naturally super cold-smoked in North Carolina using Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrel wood stave chips.
