Founded by Kevin Ouzts in 2009, The Spotted Trotter in Atlanta focuses on humanely sourced proteins, sustainable ingredients, and crafting high-end, Southern-style charcuterie. Their whole-muscle beef bresaola starts with marinating the eye-round in citrus, herbs, and red wine. Once it is fermented and aged for six to eight weeks, they slice it razor thin for a tender, luxurious bite that pairs beautifully with aged cheeses and medium-bodied red wines.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern on Friday through Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM Eastern on Sunday ship on Tuesday.
Orders ship on the following schedule:
- Next Day Air (perishable Only): Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Day Air: Monday – Wednesday
- Ground (Dry Goods Only): Monday – Friday
Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.
Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
All perishable products are sourced from USDA and FDA inspected facilities and handled according to strict food safety standards.
