A fine product of Italian tradition, made from the core muscles of prosciutto, with the distinctive rounded shape and the incomparable flavor, unique of its kind. Its typical ruby red color becomes transparent when sliced. The long and gradual curing develops the delicate, mellow and sweet taste of this aristocratic charcuterie product. Enjoy!
