These tortillas taste as fresh as if they just came out of the oven, not papery and bland like most packaged tortillas. That&#39;s because the bakers at Tortilleria La Milpa de Rosa in the Hudson Valley use only organic, non- GMO, dried blue corn, and put it through a traditional nixtamalization process (dried corn soaked in a natural calcium solution), to make their unique tortillas. By using real, whole-grain dried corn and natural techniques, the warm taste and aroma of real corn is preserved.

Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
