Long and lovely, Norwich Meadow Farms organic pole beans can grow 8-12 inches long. They&#39;re lightly colored and sweet with the flatter, Romano bean shape. Trim off the tips and cook lightly and quickly to retain some crunch. Romanos can also be cooked in soups and ragouts but be careful not to overcook lest they become mushy and bland.
