Sweet and nutty Centercut squash has a dense, meaty texture throughout the long neck, with the seeds concentrated at the base of the plant. Founded by chef Dan Barber, vegetable breeder Michael Mazourek, and seedsman Matthew Goldfarb, Row 7 Seed Company is an organic seed company striving to make ingredients taste better before they ever hit a plate. Fresh and frozen items ship via expedited air service (1–2 Day Air) and are packed in ClimaCell insulated containers with plant-based ice packs.

Larger bulk orders may ship in insulated Styrofoam containers for added protection.
